Payments

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply an item we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All payments are made using the secure Sage Pay Payment Gateway or PayPal. We do not store any payment card information.

Errors on Website

We reserve the right to cancel, or change any order due to technical errors.

Returns / Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your items, you may return them to us for an exchange or refund, provided we are informed within 7 days of you receiving them.

Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed in the post. We therefore recommend that you use a tracked delivery service.

If you would like a refund, this can usually be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned items. Exchanges may take up to 7 days to process. Please note that while we may ship your initial order out for free, we will require payment for any return postage in the case of exchanges. Postage costs incurred by you are only refundable in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Faulty / Damaged items

In the unlikely event that the items shipped to you are damaged, or are not what you have ordered, we will replace them at no cost to you. Please send a photo of any damaged items when contacting us.
